Menu Help > Beginners Interactive NetLogo Dictionary

Only recently I discovered the Beginners Interactive NetLogo Dictionary.
(As a retired teacher, I should have found it much earlier, of course).
The first time I tried it, it brought me right to the dictionary.
But now, the entry form the program leads to a more general introduction.

I think the link from the program should still lead to the dictionary itself.
So, the link should now be Explore the NetLogo Dictionary | Beginner's Interactive NetLogo Dictionary

Thanks for the feedback! We’re in the process of reorganizing and updating a lot of our learning resourcers, and we’ll take this into account. Could you explain why you think it should go straight to the dictionary itself?

Why should the link from the program go directly to the dictionary?

  1. because that is what the menu item in the program suggests
  2. the user has already installed NetLogo, so probably they have some idea what they are doing

Alternatively, the name of the menu item could be changed, but I think that is annoying for users who have already started using NetLogo.

Makes sense, thanks!
