Strange message in NetLogo 7.0.3

Last week I downloaded and installed NetLogo 7.0.3. I had been waiting for this release, so probably I was an early user.

Thank you for this new version. The NetLogo team has been working hard to improve this great tool!
So, the issue below is a minor one.

Now, I started NetLogo 7.0.3 again, and it showed a prominent banner…

Is there a way to avoid this kind of “old news” in the future?

Thanks for letting us now. Certainly confusing behavior! We will look to fix this in future releases so that release anouncements aren’t shown in the same version that the announcement is about.
