Unclear Dictionary entry for "sublist"

The NetLogo dictionary entry for sublist does not make it clear what to do when you want the sublist to include the last item on the list. Can postition2 be one greater than the highest item number for list? In other words, does this work:
show sublist [99 88 77 66] 1 4? (Yes it does, but show sublist [99 88 77 66] 1 5 does not.)
